sometimes i feel that life is full of misery.
yet its flourish with hope
this feeling amaze me vigorously
when one is chanted with praises
and when one is condemned with insults
which is actually helpful?
when we encourage one , we give hope and motivate them
when we scold and condemn , we disappoint and destroys their self-esteem
usually parents and teachers scolds us when we do something wrong
is it really the right thing to do?

for a child with an undeveloped heart and mindset
after being scolded for doing something wrong for the 1st time
what is the actual respond?
why does everyone think that by punishment then can we truly learn?

let me tell you what
by scolding a young child
not only causes him to emit a soft flame of hatred and vengence in his heart
it also penetrates his inner most desire of being deprived of that experience
time after time , when children repeatedly commit mistakes
what they get is just more scolding and punishment
this doesnt help a single bit
yet , it feeds their actions to commit more mistakes
which therefore , creates a chain reaction and eventually turns into an endless cycle

look at the world now
how has scolding really help?
if it really is a good way of discipline , why is the world like this?
seriously , think about it
which successful person in society is trained up by constantly insulting and condemning?
there are many ways of discipline available
one of which i think best is encouraging each other
if one is not willing to change , nothing can change him
even if punishment is executed on him , will he truly change?

by encouraging someone, this potrays the brighter side of one to himself
and motivates the person to seek improvement in that area
and when this happens , usually there will have a good outcome
not immediately but , it will result in something good
if you insult , what do you get back? more insults
if you motivate , what will you get back? encouragement
which is better? , make your choice
stay and become like typical people , working 9-5 everyday with an average income
or start changing for yourself and the people you love , to create a better life for your future generation.
